在 Windows 上编译 ffmpeg 没有在 linux 上简单方便，在此记录编译过程

配置 MSVC 编译环境

配置环境变量如下（VS2019）：

MSYS2 的安装与配置

# 找到以下内容
rem set MSYS2_PATH_TYPE=inherit
# 修改为
set MSYS2_PATH_TYPE=inherit

执行 cl 命令查看输出：

# cl
用于 x64 的 Microsoft (R) C/C++ 优化编译器 19.28.29335 版

用法: cl [ 选项... ] 文件名... [ /link 链接选项... ]

如果是以上返回则配置成功

如果提示 bash: cl: 未找到命令 则需要检查是不是上述配置出了问题，或者重启电脑再试一下。

安装依赖环境
